Al Baseerah Intensive Online Courses

'Aqeedah, Fiqh, Tafseer and Da'wah

With the Tawfeeq of Allaah, Project of Live lectures of Scholars was launched to start intensive courses and explanation of classical texts, and today, walhamdulillaah, We are pleased to announce the commence of intensive courses.
There is no fee to participate in Intensive Courses, However, If you wish to obtain a certificate or qualify for exams you must register and comply to following rules. Please note that the rules and the OICS ?Online-Intensive Course System? is specially designed to ensure that all registered students are present during lectures and are attentively benefiting from it.
  • 'Aqeedah Course Text: al-Qawaa'id al-Arba'ah (The Four Principles of Shirk by Shaykh Muhammad at-Tameemee)
    Takes place on the first Saturday of every month.
  • Fiqh Course Text: ad-Durar al-Bahiyyah (The Beautiful Pearls by Shaykh Muhammad ash-Shawkaanee)
    Tales place on the third Saturday of every month.

Classes take place at 1pm EST/ 6pm London/ 9pm Saudi Arabia.

Understanding Islaam Weekly Schedule

Classes & Events at Masjid al-Ghurabaa

  • Fiqh-us-Sunnah with Abu Suhayb
    Abu Suhayb is a student of the Jordanian Mashaayikh. This class is a study of fiqh and goes through this book with the checking of Shaykh Muhammad Naasir-ud-Deen al-Albaanee.
  • 'Aqeedat-ul-Wasitiyyah with Dr. 'AbdulMajeed 'Alee Hasan
    This class is an explanation of the famous treatise by Shaykh-ul-Islaam ibn Taymiyyah. It takes place every Thursday after the Maghrib Salaah and is broadcast live on PalTalk in the 'Call to Islam' room under the Islamic Section.

Hadeeth Studies in Sunan at-Tirmidhee with Abu Khaliyl

Classes take place on PalTalk every Thursday at 9.30pm GMT/ 4.30pm EST. The room is under category Groups--->>Islam--->>Sunan at-Tirmidhee Detailed Hadeeth Studies.
TextJaami? (Sunan) at-Tirmidhee, Arabic, one volume published by Darussalam. Students are advised to obtain a copy of this version of the text as publications differ slightly. An on-line text, with vowel markings will be provided for those who have yet to obtain the book, if Allaah wills.
RequirementsAble to read Qur?aanic Arabic, it is not required to be able to understand it.
Objectives of the Class
To learn the Sunan of Imaam at-Tirmidhee, be informed of the grades of the Ahaadeeth according to Shaykh al-Albaanee, to help in various related areas of knowledge including Arabic reading and comprehension.
Structure
The text is read chapter by chapter, and explained in English word by word and phrase by phrase.

Questions and Answers after the reading, and questions only related to the material read. Some issues often lead to other questions, and they may or may not be dealt with depending upon the topic. Questions can be posted on the .
Duration
The reading and explanation is one hour, with questions and clarifications related to the read text afterwards.
